As someone who’s picky about sheets and towels, I was really happy with this order. I got a sheet set and a few bath towels after checking the details on the site, and they showed up looking just like the photos. The colors were accurate, the fabric feels soft and nice, and shipping was faster than I expected. Checkout was easy and everything was packaged well. I’d definitely order from Linen Chest again.

I grabbed a few things during one of their promos and the discount was nice, checkout was simple enough and didn’t give me any trouble, although it was kind of annoying that some items weren’t part of the deal when I expected them to be, but I still ended up saving money so I can’t really complain too much.

I ordered a duvet cover and a couple towels, mostly just trying to refresh the bathroom a bit, and the shipping was way faster than I thought it’d be. I got the tracking email the same day, which I always appreciate, and then somehow it was at my door in 3 days.
The box looked a little rough when it arrived, like it had been through a few things, so that’s why I’m not going full 5 stars. But the stuff inside was totally fine, the towels felt nice, and the duvet cover looked like what I expected. I’d order again, especially if the shipping is always that quick.

In this case, yes to all of that. The package may have been about a day later than I first had in my head, but the tracking updated normally and nothing arrived damaged or missing. Not a flawless experience, but good enough that I’d order from them again.
